Abdominal Separation (Diastasis Recti):
Abdominal separation (DR) is not uncommon after pregnancy. This occurs when during the pregnancy the growing uterus stretches the muscles in the abdomen which can cause the two parallel bands of muscle that meet in the middle to separate. Thus, leaving a bulge in the middle of the abdomen.
Our team can provide expert rehab specifically for DR, ensuring your body is properly looked after during the process. Your personal trainer will help you close this separation & reduce the
bulge with a number of different deep abdominal exercise routines.
